Online Purchase Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We are unable to accept returns. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed. Please email email@example.com to begin the exchange process. We are not able to provide refunds. If you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise or need a different size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange within 30 days.
Your credit card will be charged if you choose that option as you complete checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup or will ship as stated at checkout.
To Cancel An Online Order
Please ensure your order is correct prior to completing the ordering process. Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an online order. Online orders may be canceled prior to payment. Following payment, if you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise or need a different size, you may make an exchange within 30 days. We regret that we cannot issue refunds.
